Quark Smoothie

Ingredients: 

  • 200g berry fruits (strawberry, raspberry, blueberry)
  • 1 banana
  • 120g Graham’s natural quark
  • 50ml Graham's skimmed milk
  • 2 tbsp runny honey

 

Instructions: 

Place all ingredients together in a blender and blitz.

Mix it up by trying different fruit combinations such as mango, pineapple and papya.
