Quark Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 200g berry fruits (strawberry, raspberry, blueberry)
- 1 banana
- 120g Graham’s natural quark
- 50ml Graham's skimmed milk
- 2 tbsp runny honey
Instructions:
Place all ingredients together in a blender and blitz.
Mix it up by trying different fruit combinations such as mango, pineapple and papya.
